Loneliness can affect your physical and mental health.
Physical if you are physically separated from love ones for a long time for whatever reason. We all need just a little hug or even to have a conversation with a person face to face, holding the hand of a loved one while talking to them and looking into their eyes knowing you are not alone. It is not the feeling of isolation but the normal way of access to joy, celebrate it with your family and friends.
Mental health is when you get emotional and that can cause depression that cannot be good at all. It also came out of research that loneliness can kill you it will not only be just from suicide or drug overdose but also heart disease, cancer or another kind of physical ailment. In studies they found that more younger people feel lonely between the ages of 18-24(79%) than years ago due to social media. It is very performance-orientated when you think about is. You’re continually putting yourself into the world as if you’re on a stage. There is nothing wrong with being on stage, but when you are always onstage your aura forces a separation from your performance state and your authentic state.
Being lonely is a very specific feeling of something missing, and what’s missing is the sense of connection to people at the level that you want to have that connection and in that gap between the social connection you aspire to and what you feel you have is what is called loneliness.
Loneliness can be divided into different types: Psychological, Existential or Spiritual.
